Omri is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of High-House Investments. He is an advisor, Chief Operational Officer and an investor in 25+ portfolio companies. His previous experience includes Jerusalem Venture Partners, Poalim Asia Direct and Crossroad Venture Capital. He has a solid track record in venture capital/ direct investments deals in Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia. Omri also manages projects in Europe and US with a focus on real estate, private debt and tech enabled companies.

Holds Master degree from The Hebrew university of Jerusalem.

Guy Cherni

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Guy co-founded the Company together with Omri in 2015. His core focus is managing AI and Fintech portfolio companies as well as seeking for new investment opportunities globally. Guy is a Managing Partner of a UK branch with projects in tech innovations, real estate mostly in Europe.

Guy Cherni Holds an MA Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Miriam Erlich

Chief Financial Officer

High House

Over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, project management, financial and strategy consulting. Prior to her role Miriam worked as a Financial Manager in Grangeford Asset Management and served as a Director for a private investment company with >$400m under management based in Switzerland and worked for such companies as KPMG, British American Tobacco and RusHydro International AG.

Miriam holds an MBA degree from Bar-Ilan University

Gideon Shaw

Gideon Shaw

Advisory Board, Alternative Investments

Gideon is Co-founder and CEO of one of High-House Investment’s portfolio companies – Invocap – a leading UK Secured Lending Platform. He has led the firm’s activities since its inception in 2014, delivering positive returns every year through market cycles, and raising investment from major financial institutions.Gideon previously worked for Morgan Stanley’s Alternative Investment Division in the UK, structuring alternative investment portfolios for some of the largest pension funds in the world. He subsequently worked with Omri Cherny on the investment committee of Jerusalem Venture Partners, a leading Israeli venture capital fund.

Gideon is a graduate of the London School of Economics.

Maya

Maya Elon

Head Of Operations Of The Company

Maya

Maya is in charge of all ongoing operations and investors relations. She has vast experience in running complex operations. Prior to joining the Company, Maya worked as an Executive Assistant and Operations manager at Selina (worldwide startup in the hospitality industry). Her experience also includes establishment and running the customer service of a fashion brand, part of FOX retail group.

Maya has an LL.B degree from the IDC university and is a registered in the Israeli bar association as a lawyer since 2016.

Miki

Miki Halika

Advisor, Wealth Management, Private Equity

More than 15 years of experience in capital markets, asset management and financial risk management. Miki is responsible for the wealth management / financial markets portfolio at High-House investments. Prior to joining the Company he led a family office division at Jerusalem Venture Partners and worked as an Investment Advisor in UBS and Edmond de Rothschild.

Graduated from The Arison School of Business (BA in Marketing & Finance).

Maya

Yoni Karako

Partner, Real Estate Division

Yoni is responsible for the acquisition of the Real Estate projects in US and Europe. Prior to his current role he founded Vonder (company has more than 3.000 units in Berlin, London, Warsaw, Dubai and Miami with >80 employees and value exceeding 200MEUR), where he was responsible for the establishment, business strategy and portfolio growth and served as its CEO until January 2020 while raising 18,000,000 EUR.

He holds a B.A in business administration and political science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem
